That is one hell-of-a midge clump! I’m sorry to read the Madison is giving you a hard time. Thats one of my favorite rivers (top 5) although, I have only fished it during the summer. So you know, I’m taking you up on the offer if I’m near Bozeman. I spend 2 weeks every summer off fly fishing all by my lonesome and at least a week of that, if not more, is always done in Montana. I’ll keep you posted!

Rebecca,
I’ve been in love with MT and these rivers for a long time now and am glad to finally be here full time. Only draw back is that I had to leave my family back in Vegas for a while… but hopefully it will all pay off in the end. In the meantime I’ll be thankful for the opportunities and fish as much as I can which is where I’m heading right now.

You mentioned two of my favorite rivers. The other day when I read where you had moved to I felt excited for you and I’ll admit, a tug of angler jealousy! I probably would have packed all my outdoor equipment and forgot the little things like, a bed, towels, dishes myself.
Nice looking fish and I look forward to reading about your new Montana adventures

Very nice website Mr. Thasher sir. My favorite place to fish is any where in Yellowstone National park. The Yellowstone River outside the park is good too. The bahama flats out side the park is good as well. Golden trout on the Sierra’s
by the other park. I enjoyed my pool in my back yard on occasion, its by a park. I would like to fish Park Avenue in New York. Sometimes I like to park my truck. Mall parking lots are busy during Christmas. Parking drives me crazy thats why I like to flyfish.
